• Politician trading activity leaderboards
• Email alerts for politician trades
• Paper trading portfolio simulation

3. Data Disclaimer

Regarding trade data and information:

• Data is sourced from public congressional disclosures
• There may be delays between actual trades and disclosures
• We make no guarantees about data accuracy or completeness
• Always verify information from official sources before acting

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Payment processed through Stripe
• Auto-renews unless canceled before period ends
• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Services for unlawful purposes
• Scrape or data mine our Services
• Share account credentials
• Attempt to circumvent access restrictions
• Interfere with the operation of the Services

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant accuracy of trade data, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

DirtyTraders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, investment losses, missed alerts, or errors in data. Total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or the website.
